This home is typical of those that we are finding on the market in early 2011. Four bedroom, two bath, valued at $200k, listed for $150k. There are some great deals out there, if you have the cash. Bank owned homes are still coming on the market daily. It makes me wonder where the people go after their home is taken by the bank and their credit rating is ruined? I hope I never have to find out.
I do know that my weekly gas budget has grown to $70 even with working from home two days per week. I am trying to sort through and pack 19 years worth of stuff. You don't think about all the junk you accumulate until it's time to move. It's probably a good thing to go through your stuff more often so that you can move quickly if you need to. These days, you never know where opportunity is going to take you next.
