Another Home

Here is the latest home deal I've been working on. The one in Hudson didn't work out, but this one located in Shakopee, MN looks like it will go.

My home in Eau Claire is on the market now for $98,900. You can see the listing here: 3161 Saturn Ave. We have put a lot of work into making it look good for the next owner, so hopefully it will not sit on the market too long. The Datsun, shown in the previous post, sold on Ebay to a guy in Florida for $1200. I'm just waiting for him to schedule the pickup and for final payment.

I'm looking forward to getting my office setup at the new location. There will be lots of work to do, but the home upgrade should be nice. This home is over 1000 sq. ft. bigger then the one I have now. Three bedrooms, finished basement, gas fireplace, stainless appliances, deck, patio, and a small garden too!
